Great, professional service. Lucy was lovely and warm and the whole procedure (Russian lips) was almost completely painless. The new clinic room was beautiful and spotless. I went and had my lips done by Lucy, she was so professional and friendly. She made the whole experience so comfortable. I booked in for 1ml but Lucy gave her professional opinion that I only needed the 0.5ml and for that I am very thankful as I love the way she has done my lips.

Lucy was so friendly approachable & professional. The new salon / clinic at HNB is absolutely stunning. A butler approaches you outdoors to ask for your service and once in the upstairs in the clinic all the staff are all so friendly and welcoming.<br>I was fairly nervous getting my lips done as this was my first time getting any aesthetics but Lucy went through the process with me and made me feel at ease. The actual filler was almost painless with minimal to no pain. Will defiantly be coming back to top up my lips!
